At inZaynity, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure a smooth experience.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

If the product is defective or becomes faulty within the 30-day return window, it is also eligible for a return or replacement, even if it has been used as intended.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a functional issue within the 30-day window:

  • Please contact our support team at support@inzaynity.com within 7 days of discovering the issue.

  • Include a brief description, order number, and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.

We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Return Shipping Responsibility

For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or damaged items approved by our support team:

  • inZaynity will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement at no extra cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt. inZaynity is not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt and the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • Gift cards

  • Free promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications
